David Tucker, General President
David majored in psychology (A.A.), criminal justice (A.S.) and legal services (B.S.H.S.) at Atlantic Cape Community College and Thomas Edison University. He continued his study of Labor & Employment Relations at Rutgers University and in Law & Public Affairs at Princeton University. He lectures and writes on topics of logic, ethics, wisdom literature and labor relations. David has been an active member St. Martin's Parish, Freemasonry, Knights of Columbus, Elks and has served on the Board of the Children's Dyslexic Learning Center and the Masonic Charity Foundation of New Jersey.

Raymond has served many years of government employment in public works and wastewater management and has over a dozen years of Local Union Representative experience.
Kimberly Lawler, Vice President
Kim is a very detail oriented employee with many years of public service in public safety telecommunications. She is a long time Local Union Representative with experience in all aspects of representation.

He has over 20 years of experience in the public sector and has served as Assistant Deputy Public Defender with the NJ Office of the Public Defender as Criminal Defense Attorney for the Hudson Region; Special Assistant to the Commissioner for the NJ Department of the Public Advocate; Assistant Director of Enforcement at the Department of Law and Public Safety where he supervised statewide investigations in employment, housing and public accommodations discrimination and as Director of the Division of Civil Rights for NJ Department of Law and Public Safety.

Nancy represents the GWU in matters of employment discipline and termination. She aggressively represents employees in many areas of law and procedure..

Matthew Macready, Business Agent / Business Manager
After college, Mr. Macready had a distinguished career in government and in the national telecommunications industry before semi-retiring to the GWU to help represent employees and oversee the complex communications and information technology of the Union Office.
Rafael Valentin, Consulting Business Agent
Mr. Valentin comes to the GWU after a long career in government and labor relations. He has a graduate degree in labor relations and has served in executive positions of government and as a union representative.
Legal Research Interns
The GWU has several positions of internship. Union interns prepare documents and presentations and gather legal and informational research for use in union matters. Interns prepare and monitor case files and communicate with union members to keep everyone informed.
Andrew serves as a part-time legal research intern and helps maintain the litigation files.
Jordan comes to the GWU after working at a high volume law firm. He uses his experience in research and case management to prepare legal filings, gather information and track business agent case files.
